The 1st XV hop over the border into Derbyshire where they face a Derby side who will be desperate to get points on the board in their fight against relegation. Both previous fixtures have been tight affairs and Leek will be looking to make it 4 wins in a row since early January.

James Milan returns at scrum half with Joe Byrne moving to fly half and there are starts for Oscar Powell and Elliot Anderson in the back row.

Our 2nd XV are holding fort at St Edward’s Park against a strong visiting side from Clee Hill. It was a game of two halves in the return fixture down in Shropshire so all to play for this Saturday.

Tommy Goulding and Isaac Laing make the step up from the Academy side to make their senior debuts alongside plenty of experienced players.

The 3s are also at home this Saturday with a 2pm kick off agreed with visiting Heaton Moor. There is a senior debut for Zac Cooper, son of former 1st team player Jon, with youngster Eli Allen at number eight in an otherwise well-seasoned lineup.

And our Academy squad run out tonight at Longton’s Trentham Fields with a combined under 16/17 side giving the chance for the next wave of Leek talent to taste senior rugby.
