Coaches Joel Booth and Andy Appleyard welcome Lewis Dunleavy back into the side at prop with Ollie Powell slipping back to number 8. There is a league debut for Jay Wilkinson at fullback, with Jack Newton-Taylor shifting to the wing and Joe Gorman continuing his unlikely stint in the centres.

Our 2nd XV make the short trip to Newcastle for a tasty local derby. Tanner, Davidson and skipper Thompson again make up the back row with Jake Green continuing at at fly half following his successful return last week and Liam Hill brought into the centres. Jack Winfield will make a welcome return to proceedings as one of five finishers.

The clubhouse will be open from 1:30pm serving hot food, fresh beers and a warm, welcoming rugby club atmosphere. We have the ever-popular Bombardier at £4 as our guest ale for the day.
