Our 1st XV got the job done in the Papa John's Community Shield, beating Sandbach to advance to the national semi finals. At the forefront of all that was good for the blue and whites was winger Tom Scragg, whose strong carries kept Leek on the front foot all game. Tom is kindly sponsored by IAE.

Our 2nd XV edged to a narrow victory away from home in their Centenary Cup semi final at Newcastle. In a tight affair with plenty of strong performances it was another straight-running ball carrier who made the difference with Josh Cartlidge picking up the award.

And for the 3rd XV it was the experienced head of Neil Edge that earned him the plaudits in their high-scoring fixture loss at Sandbach.
