The RFU has a clear strategic objective to drive rugby union in England to reflect the diversity of society and is committed to improving the inclusion and diversity across our sport.

As part of this they are conducting research among their stakeholders as they want to listen to and hear your views and experiences.

They first conducted this research three years ago, and used the findings to create an Inclusion and Diversity Action Plan. They now want to monitor our progress and ask that you complete the survey, even if you participated in it in the last three years.

This survey is for those aged 16 and over that have taken part in rugby union, in some capacity, at a community level within the last year. This should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
