Each age group will need to organise a volunteer to assist in the kitchen (for 45 mins) at the times listed below. Can team mangers please confirm who their volunteer will be.

11am U7s & U8s
11-45am U9s & U10s
12-30pm U11s, U12, U13s
1-15pm U14s, U16s, U18s girls

The day will start at 11am but can coaches and volunteers arrive at 10.30am to help set up.

U8s Bottle Stall
U9s TBC
U10s Stocks
U11s Sweet Tombola
U12s Sweet Stall
U13s Splat the Rat
U14s Shut the Coaches Mouth
U16s Cake Stall
U18s Girls Jeep Ride

There will also be a Rugby Kit Swap shop so if you have any old strip or boots that you want to swap please bring it along.
