Staffordshire Men's Rugby is teaming up with mental health charity LooseHeadz in a mission to make a real difference.

It all kicks off with an exhibition match in which a Staffordshire men's team will face a LooseHeadz select team at Leek Rugby Club, Altrad Park at 8pm on Friday, 9 May 2025.

LooseHeadz is working towards a future where every rugby club worldwide has a dedicated mental health lead, equipped with free resources to support the wellbeing of players, coaches and fans. We’re calling on all rugby clubs across Staffordshire to stand with us and be part of this vital initiative.

Join us at the event, be part of the movement, and together, let’s #TackleTheStigma.

On the night we will have an outdoor bar & BBQ with the big match on the main pitch under the lights. We also are hosting a hospitality option of pie chips & peas plus a presentation from LooseHeadz, talks with the county president, Leek club president and Staffordshire director of rugby.
