This Saturday, rugby takes on a little more meaning at St Edward’s Park as our 3rd XV welcome Worksop for the Keith Rollason Memorial Game, as we remember and celebrate someone who gave so much of his time to Leek Rugby Club.

Keith, alongside Nicola, spent many years volunteering in the Sunday kitchen and helping at events around the club, continuing to do so long after their own children had finished playing.

He became such a familiar and valued part of the Leek Rugby family that, when he eventually stepped down, the serving window was proudly marked with the name “Keith’s Kitchen.”

Saturday is an opportunity for players, friends, members and supporters to come together, enjoy a game of rugby and raise a glass to a man who quietly gave so much to our club.

The bar and kitchen open at 12.30 ahead of a 3pm kick off - we’d love to see as many of the Leek Rugby family there as possible.
