Proof that you get out what you put in, this season saw a huge effort from our 3rd XV - embracing midweek training, fielding 80+ players through the campaign - rewarded with a hard-earned promotion in their first year of league rugby.

In fact, they only lost out to champions Marple 2s on points difference!

Congratulations to all of those who contributed on and off the pitch this year, and in particular to our players' player of the season, Alfie Wood, forward of the year Rich Walley and back of the year Tom Laverick.

We can't wait to see what the new season holds for our high-flying thirds!
