Our 2nd XV battled hard to retain their status at Level 8 following promotion the previous season, and achieved it with room to spare following strong wins against 1XVs from Longton, Stafford, Wolverhampton and Willenhall.

They used a huge range of players in the process and provided the perfect proving ground for many of our graduating Academy players.

The standout players from the season were:
Players’ Player: power forward Harry Evans
Coaches’ Player: always-there winger Harry Byrne
Forward of the Year: pocket rocket hooker Taine Goddard
Back of the Year: points machine Jay Wilkinson
