For the 2s it was fly half Jack Winfield who pulled the strings and slotted his goals all game, drawing some comparisons with a certain glove-wearing, food-loving ex-professional turned rugby podcaster.

For the 3s it was the strong running of centre Andy Outram that resulted in him bagging no less than 5 tries to more than play his part in the side’s cracking win over Linley.

And, for the Colts, it was Michael who helped carry the team to a strong win over neighbours Longton.
