There will be something of a changing of the guard at this Tuesday's Leek rugby club annual general meeting as a number people in senior roles are moving.
Club president John McDermott is standing down after an extended period in the role. Current club chair Marcus Midwinter is being nominated to take over from John, leaving his role vacant.
Current club treasurer Steve Mellor is standing for club chair, leaving his role to be filled, with senior player Elliot Anderson nominated for it. And mini and junior section chair Richard Mounsey is also moving on as his children have grown up. Richard Walley is standing as his replacement.
There are also vacancies to be filled for a social secretary, inclusion and diversity coordinator and social media coordinator.
The AGM will take place from 8pm on Tuesday 7 July at St Edward's Park. The formal notice of meeting and other documents can be found under information/documents/AGM2026 on the club website.
