Coaches Booth and Appleyard make a few changes to the 1st XV side that won handsomely against Anselmians last time out ahead of the long trek to Kendal.

In come Driss Chouhaibi, Billy Kidd and Noah Reaney to the starting line up. There is a spot on the bench for the returning Joel Hine, fresh from his trip Down Under, and there will be a 1st XV debut off the bench for young scrum half Joe Carrington who earns his spot after several strong performances for the 2s. Prop Will Hill travels with the side as a reserve.

Back at Altrad Park the 2s name another very strong squad for the visit of Shrewsbury. The majority of the side remains from the narrow defeat last time out to table-topping Trentham. There is a welcome return to action for young prop Gregor Hayes and Anton Davidson earns a spot on the bench after a couple of strong performances for the 3s.

The clubhouse will be open from 1.15pm for this game, so if you're not heading to Kendal then please plan to come down and support the boys.

Our 3s head to Rugeley for a friendly fixture to keep the engine ticking. Great to see another returning prop as Tom Bourne gets back into the fold, joining regulars Rob Ewan and Pat Tarpey in the front row.

The Colts are also in action with an 11am kcik off away at Tamworth in the Staffs Colts League.
