Please give a big Leek rugby welcome to Connor Bassett, another addition to the Leek squad as we count down to the start of our third season playing at level 5.

A tough-tackling flanker, Connor cut his teeth at Uttoxeter juniors before moving on to Burton, with spells in the Leicester Tigers set-up and county rugby along the way.

He’s passionate, fearless, and ready to throw himself straight into the thick of it - and now he’s buzzing to pull on the blue & white and play alongside the Leek lads this season.
