It’s not often we get a father-son combo lining up for us so it is great to celebrate it when it happens.

Young centre Nathan Edge has been starring in the 3XV’s fantastic start to the season, lining up alongside his old man Neil in the Moorlanders back line.

Neil has been a familiar face around the club for years - playing, coaching, and volunteering his time to help bring through the next generation of Leek players.

He’s coached Nathan from minis right through the Colts section, and now they’re playing together in the 3rd XV, who’ve kicked off their NOWIRUL league debut season with three wins from four.
