Leek and Longton Defeated

The match was played over 3 20 minute sessions. The first 20 was tight shared two tries a piece with some great play from our girls.
Good teamwork to create our tries. Crewe and Nantwich are a good strong organised side who beat Stafford last week so was good to be level pegging after the first 20 minutes. We lost our heads after some tough decisions against us and that caused our play to be a little fragmented, not trusting going through the phases.
And in defence we fell off too many tackles.
The final 20 minutes we were much more competitive, with some lovely support play rugby keeping the ball alive much more.
We scored 2 great tries in the last 5 minutes
